    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She did a very great job with being a fast and consistent resource, even though the class was online. Her lecture notes were also very concise and made it easy to learn the material

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed doing the group project, as it taught me a lot about business statistics that I would not have known before.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do all of the small work, because the points add up in the end. And those 30 or 40 points you thought wouldn't count because it was just homework, can end up making or breaking your grade overall.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was thorough, but extraordinarily confusing. I love clear direction and expectations; this course had all the material provided in black-and-white, but it was counter-intuitive and not what I expected out of a math-heavy course. Winnie Li was willing to help, but I usually was more confused by her explanations than anything.

    Course highlights:

This course is THOROUGH, so if you are impeccably organized yourself, you will probably get a lot out of this course.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Please read the textbook and work textbook examples while reading along; her lecture notes are not clear.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Leslie covers a lot of material, but does not thoroughly go through the problems all the time. You might be playing catch-up during class.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of the course was learning about the components that make up statistical analysis. For example, test statistics, z-scores, p-values, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should keep up with homework because it will directly be related to the quiz given that week.
