    Course Overview:

    This class helps you develop healthy habits and ways to keep your body healthy so you can live a more positive life.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of the course were learning to cope with stress and making our own exercise plans. I learned that by staying healthy it is easier to maintain a positive life.
