    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

No matter what field of work you intend to pursue, being able to write is critical.

    Course highlights:

I learned the ability to organize my thoughts in a manner that when written, they came across clearly to the reader.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Unlike a math course, grading in writing is subjective. I found it to be very helpful in finishing assignments early then having the instructor give me her input. Having time to revise and edit before turning in my final copy made to difference between receiving an A verses a B on my papers.
