    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Teacher is fun and social, class is straightforward but entertaining to complete.

    Course highlights:

A highlight was the historical movie part of the course, where from a list of movies we watched one and wrote a report. Some were historically accurate others weren't, but all were fun.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The book is long winded but necessary to read, don't put it off. All the information you need to pass her class is in there.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was fairly easy. We did not need to use the text book, all you have to do is show up to lectures to get all the information you need. Tests were easy, he gave us a study guide to use.

    Course highlights:

The professor I took was great! He was funny and engaging, he was intimidating at first but its not hard to warm up to him. The class was interesting, I typically enjoy history and we learned a lot.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are considering this course and it fills a requirement take it, it was one of my easier classes and i really liked the teacher. If you only do one thing for this class go to the lectures! The lectures are the most important part, if you skip you wont pass.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Yes. Knowing our history is very important. This class is not only teaching me facts but critical thinking skills. I learned about develop my own understanding about the importance of decision making.

    Course highlights:

U.S. History course focuses on the development of historical thinking skills by using chronological reasoning, comparing and contexualizing, crafting historical arguments using historical evidence, and interpreting and synthesizing historical narrative. Also I am learning to think conceptually about U.S. history from approximately 1491 to the present. My mother kept saying to me that we have to learn from the history so we don't make the same mistakes over and over again. I am fascinating to see the evolution of thinking and decision making process in different times and contexts.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Every one of us should know the history of our country.
