Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Lorne Platt is an excellent professor. He takes the time to prepare lectures and involve the students so that class is never boring. He changes up the syllabus each quarter so that he is not bored and in turn does not tune out the students.

    Course highlights:

His lectures are very interesting. He brings them alive with personal interest and enthusiasm for the material. Also because there are multiple small presentation, the students are involved and that brings a lot of variety to the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

We had to take quizzes that were not too difficult, make 3 short presentations and of course the final. The presentations are not difficult and the professor makes it easier by being very helpful and positive. No group projects. That is very helpful.
