Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This was my favorite class to take this quarter! She is very engaged with the class and enjoys teaching the material. The topics were very intriguing and applied to improving my general state of health and wellness.
I learned about general health tips and nutrition facts to help improve my lifespan and diet. The most interesting part of the course was how she applied the health and nutrition tips to the health of general college students and how to improve our health.

For grades, attendance isn't mandatory but she does grade it and deducts 5 points for every period you miss. Total of 100 points. The Final, and Attendance are ALL THE SAME POINTS(which is very surprising but is great). Quizzes and Chapter outlines are worth the same points. Everything submitted to her is graded! I had an A by the end of the quarter. Very informative and fun; a wonderful class to take!
