Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms Lauren Meeks is very thorough in her teaching approach. She has the students best interest at the fore front of her agenda. She's always available during office hours and otherwise, if theirs something you dont understand she'll take the time to go over it with you without making you feel inadequate.

    Course highlights:

Myplate is an online nutrition guideline that has tons of information and calculations at your finger tips. This app was very exciting to explore and navigate. FN 235 is an overall an eye opening experience. This is pretty much an introductory course to nutrition but i assure you; you'll be equipped to take on more advanced nutrition classes after this information is absorbed. I knew practically nothing about vitamins and minerals before taking this class but now I know about even trace minerals and all their functions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the home work and try not to miss any classes as you will miss a lot of valuble information

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make charts on the information.
