Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Anita Jain is an amazing professor who generally cares and is interested in her students ideas, opinions, life experiences, and morals. She leads her classes with whole group discussions, which I feel is the best way to engage students. She is just as eager to learn from her students as we are to learn from her.

    Course highlights:

This course was Diverse Genders and Sexualities. I identify as a feminist as well as a strong supporter of gay rights; through the classroom discussions I was able to express my ideas and opinions as well as hear other opinions and experiences of other students. The way this course is taught provides a very personal and welcoming environment to share parts of yourself with fellow students and discuss experiences and ideas in a thoughtful manner.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up on the reading and your weekly essay. Get a head start on reading the book for the final. Speak up during class discussions, the more involved you are, the more fun you will have.
