Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this class and professor to anyone who wants a good understanding of cost accounting. The professor motivates his students and expects them to know the information from the reading that week or from financial accounting (prerequisite).
By taking this class, I have learned how to break even. I learned about elasticity and how to account for loans. The balance sheet and income statement are covered as well. There are only three tests in this class and every question is worth a percentage of your grade.

Advice for students:
Start on the cheat sheets soon. Answers all the question from the study guide before taking the test. Make sure you have completed the homework before every class meeting. You can read the chapters assigned or go through the slides and Google the ambiguities.
