Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This particular course is a course that I am currently enrolled in. The teacher makes the class intriguing and makes you actually want to show up and learn. Professor Weeks has taught me a lot just in the 6 weeks that we have been in class. I have been taught to write better rhetorical analysis papers and finding ways to analyze a music video or text by using pathos, ethos, and logos. Professor Weeks is willing to work with you whenever you need her during or after class, which most professors at the University here at Eastern Washington are only here to teach you the material and get paid by the University.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course I would say when we had to write a literature review, and also a rhetorical analysis paper. With the literature review, it was the start to our research paper that we have to turn in at the end of the year. Our literature review was a good preparation tool in writing my research paper. The reason being because it gave you a good outline and made you look for reliable sources when it comes time to write your paper. For the rhetorical analysis portion of the class, this made me analyze certain images or videos into a play by play by what the artist or director is trying to tell the audience through their work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be that this class is a requirement in college, but you learn a lot in the short amount of time being in there. I myself, am not the biggest fan of English, but this class is interesting to me and is really helping me a lot with my academic writing.
