    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is a must for those in psychology in my opinion. You learn so much

    Course highlights:

The highlights were learning the different subtypes of common disorders. I had no idea there were so many

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Flash cards. Flash cards. Flash cards. I waited a little late in the game, which led to late nights before tests. I would recommend making flash cards with the questions from the quizzes so by the time you take the tests, you will have all the material you need to study.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because I've learned so much about psychological disorders in general, and I think it's a very good class for those considering going into clinician positions. Though the reading is extensive, I've found the overall material very interesting

    Course highlights:

I think the best part of the course is getting the chance to diagnose people in hypothetical situations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read, read, read. Though the quizzes are open book, you're better off being familiar with the material before going into the quiz than simply taking it and looking for the answers the entire time.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

In addition to this being an interesting topic, Casey, with his off-the-wall sense of humor, makes this subject even more fun to study.

    Course highlights:

I learned that most people use the term "schizophrenic" incorrectly. I also learned that people will do just about anything- as long as someone else is willing to take responsibility.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't fret this one if you take it from Casey. He is a great instructor, very down-to-earth, and the best thing is: HE DOESN'T USE TEXTBOOKS!! Talk about a money saver! His tests and assignments aren't too difficult; with a bit of effort, one can pass this class with flying colors!
