I would recommend this class for anyone going into s health science or personal training area of work. This class was great, and the instructor even better! I learned so much about anatomy, but more importantly how it works. Everything in the body has a motion and a function. This class was about more than just memorizing muscles, it was about knowing the muscles, how they work, and how they relate to athletics and injury prevention.
This class was very applicable! Unlike some classes where there is not much crossover from the classroom to the real world, this class was full of information that I can use everyday and take with me into the rest of my education

To succeed in this course class attendance is crucial. Much of what is covered in class is on exams and not all of the information covered in class is on the power point slides, which are posted online. This class takes studying and hard work, but in the end it is worth it and the information is stuff people want to know. The effort to get a good grade in the class is completely worth it, and this class will help equip those who take it in their study habits as well as in their field of work.
