    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was a difficult one, it requires hours and hours of studying and hard work. The labs were fairly easy. The tests were pretty difficult but I found that if I did the assigned book work every day that I would do much better. Chemistry is a difficult class.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of this course was that the teacher never wasted our time in class. He always got to the point and talked about the important material. The way he taught was a little confusing, but if you took good notes and ask him questions personally, he would be great help.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study a lot! Go to class every day even though attendance isn't required.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course because the professor does not treat this like an entry-level class.

    Course highlights:

I learned that no matter how fast you can write or type, it is not fast enough for Professor Love.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to take notes. Switch out if you can. Do not panic.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, for students who like me did not have to take chemistry in high school. This class will help prepare you with the basics of chemistry.Taking this course will better prepare you for the much advanced chemistry courses that are next in line for your majors requirement.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would be the learning of the different bondage's and how each of them applies to the reactions that take place in the world we live in today. Through out the course a lot of chemistry basics were learned, as in how to form chemical compounds together, conducted experiments to grasp how the reactions work together and how each is measured in its proper units. The course does well at breaking down the information in different levels so that students are able to view different ways of learning.I would say though that being able to achieving an instructor who is beneficial to your success in the class, and is always available to help and answer questions would also be a highlight to the class as well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to really understand that ASKING QUESTIONS is KEY to your success in the classroom. If your not understand something make sure to ask your proffer, because not everyone might understand what is being asked as well. This might be beneficial to everyone as well.I would also advise the students to take advantage of the time outside of class to making sure you are studying at least 2-3 hours a day to insure that you have got all the information down. The course is not as easy when you aren't fully prepared, and haven't studied what needs to be acknowledged throughout the course.
