    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone who is really interested in chemistry and who is ready to work hard to earn a good grade. Dr. Rahn is a demanding professor and rewards those who really deserve it. It's a fast pace course but at the end of ten weeks you will definitely have a firm basis for taking additional chemistry courses.

    Course highlights:

Dr. rain pays special attention to detail. He expects both precision and accuracy in every calculation and in every set of data. I have definitely learned to strive for flawlessness in every problem that I work and every lab that I perform.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to work. If you want to get a 3.0 or higher, you are going to have to put in the time and effort to earn in. Also make sure to talk through any questions that you have with Dr. Rahn, a fellow classmate, or someone who has previously taken the course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Yao is difficult to understand for the first 1-2 days. If you actually pay attention and work hard it becomes easy to understand him. Tests are the easiest in the department if you apply the homework and quizzes.

    Course highlights:

chemistry basics, better ways to study

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study very hard, mostly the homework. He is always willing to help with problems so use him
