Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Debby was an amazing professor she didn't just teach the Pre-Calc class she involved students in the learning of the math. I had her class at 8:50 in the morning and usually I am not a morning person but she made the class engaging and fun. She also wanted to see students succeed so she hosted 4 days a week study hall for all her students to get help. And finally she wasn't your typical faculty that does there job and then goes home, she invited us into her life outside of work and came to activities and events hosted by the college. I had her several months ago and she still remembers my name. She is one of the greatest teachers I have ever had.

    Course highlights:

The engagement of the teacher and her willingness to meet different learning styles. I learned that I didn't hate math, it was just that previous teachers didn't have the patience to help me succeed in my previous math courses. In the beginning of the quarter Debby asked us our favorite song, and she would play that song or album as class was starting.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to ask a lot of questions, Debby will answer them all. Go to her study groups, do her study sheets for the test. They are pretty much the same as the test just different numbers. Come to class everyday as well.
