    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was awesome! Professor Beerman is a funny guy that breaks down the argumentative nature of the course in understandable and humorous ways. He encourages his students to apply critical thinking to their daily lives and search for new angles when practicing the careful task of persuasion.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to argue! There are many fallacies and rules involved with arguing that I learned, and Professor Beerman made a point to tell a memorable anecdote to exemplify each rule, keeping the content light-hearted yet memorable.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course with Professor Beerman! Some of my friends took Critical Thinking with other professors and were bogged down with homework and studying. My homework load was extremely light, and Professor Beerman takes extra care to explain each idea so each student understands. This class rocked!
