    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a required course, but the topic is up to the student to pick! I'd pick this feminism-centric class because it is a good entrance into the subject of women's stories, specifically how they tell their own stories and why they frame themselves the way they do, and what their importance defines.

    Course highlights:

You will do a lot of interesting reading. If history or economics or social studies related nonfiction reading is of great interest, you will like this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take great care when working on each draft of your paper, being meticulous in the process of development will lead to a better piece of writing.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Writing 101 prepares one for a component that will be mostly present in their future classes - writing papers - and the class helps to hone their skills

    Course highlights:

Imagery from nature writing - as the long as the main idea was presented, one could write a book of less than 200 words

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Prepare yourself to pour your mind into your topic - free-writing is not encouraged, follow the rubric and professors instructions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was okay. There was quite a bit of research involved because it was more of a science class. Some background knowledge is needed.

    Course highlights:

We watched a couple documentaries about genetic testing for mutations and I found them very interesting. It was fun to learn about these things from a different view than i normally have.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise that you don't procrastinate essays to the last minute even though most of them are just drafts. Most of the essays need a lot of research and that takes quite a lot of time.
