Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He is a humble and humour sensed professor that do not hesitate to teach everything he knows about chemistry to you.He takes every student's questions seriously, the course itself is a combination of learning chemistry and also enhancing our capabilities of studying as we are encouraged to answer various questions applicable to our college overall studies such as learning to buy/rent books and form efficient study skills.

    Course highlights:

You are able to learn how to enhance your learning skills, such as constant review makes perfect and you are also able to learn not to brain dump but to save the knowledge you learned from this class in every part and apply it to higher courses such as Chem 161 and physics course and it is very useful.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pre studying before class Chapter reviewing every week And do homework everytime you learned new knowledge or theory Attend the lesson punctually and ask question Write notes and remind yourself to learn every week form study groups if nessisary

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a good transition from high school chemistry to college level. I found the information was easy to acquire and understand. The professor is active in discussion boards, so no need for private emails, especially when other people have the same issues.

    Course highlights:

The highlights are understanding the math of chemistry. With this course I learned how to understand molecules and atoms on at a physical level by giving them mathematical values.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to review the information ahead of time - the prof will give you reading materials at the beginning of each week. If youre comfortable with the literature and the practice problems, then the quizzes and test are easy.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class to anyone who wants to challenge themselves and go beyond a level 100 class. It's very fast paced but it teaches discipline.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was note taking. I actually looked forward to the notes because the text was so complex. But Spray found a way to break down the text in a easier to understand note form.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study. Practice, practice, practice.
