    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is simple and really understandable for those not pursuing a science major. You understand the topic and are able to build upon what you've learned as you go through the book. You learn about chemistry, the components of life, and how the kingdoms of life breakdown. It is test and lab focused but the teacher provides study guides that make the tests quite easy if you study.

    Course highlights:

The labs were very interesting and very hands on with microscopes and preparing your own slides. There were also labs that were more fun like when working with genetics. We got to create our own children. The biggest thing for me was chemistry because I'd never been exposed to it before. Learning even the simplest of it was quite challenging but I definitely benefited from it in the long run.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say that it is very important to do the study guides before the tests. Attending class every day is not required and it isn't necessary as long as you do the study guides. Her tests are based quite literally on the study guides. Find a friend in the class and ask them if they can let you know if she mentions required days because there is one or two days where we watch videos that go in as points and that makes a big difference in the grade. Also, always show up on lab days!

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I don't have strong feelings either way. I may not like my professor, does not mean someone else would. It's a matter of opinions, everyone got their own.

    Course highlights:

So far, going straight into college from high school, it is review.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study when needed, and don't put off work to the last minute.
