    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is a great foundation class though challenging intellectually and spiritually with several hours of homework. The course is split in two different disciplines: Bible study and discussion with small groups and a time for a short lecture and questions. The second aspect is debate in small groups on faith and the validity of faith for Non- Christians and Christians prompted by the reading of a GREAT book "Letters from a Skeptic". This course has challenged me and lead me to growth.

    Course highlights:

I have learned how to have valuable discussions on my faith and God with others Non- Christian and Christian and being open to learn from all students. Also I have learned to ask hard questions about faith to strengthen my understanding and gained practice evaluating answers to these difficult questions. This professor is also very genuine and kind and will be available for not only questions about the course but about life and faith.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This is not an easy course, so make sure you have a balanced schedule! But if you want to grow in your faith to perhaps sustain a lifetime TAKE this course!!!!
