Pretty easy, overall.
Lecture class, where each day is a watered-down version of the textbook. There's some interesting material, but it's very over-simplified and hand-fed. Overall, I came into the class excited to learn and came away really disappointed.
I guess if you're into easy coursework, the class is a breeze. Multiple-choice exams, a group paper where you're supposed to just regurgitate some information found online, and participating in undergrad psych research (which is actually pretty fun). I didn't learn much, but at least there wasn't busywork to go along with it.

Advice for students:
If you like learning, don't waste your time. If you need the course to graduate or just want an easy credit, make sure you are willing to put in some memorization once in a while. The exams are easy because they're multiple choice, but they do include a lot of fill-in-the-blank statements that require memorization. Probably don't need the textbook, since all the information covered is taken directly from it, and she puts the slides online.
