Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He's a great teacher and presents fun concepts to explore for a writing intensive course.

    Course highlights:

I learned a ton about globalization. He teaches holistically and doesn't stop encouraging his students until they really understand the issues at hand (and even then he won't stop encouraging).

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings. All of them. If you don't get it, and your paper shows that you don't get, he will know and you will not get by easy. There's no point in taking this class if you're not there to learn. Also, he really wants to make you a great essay writer so utilize his office hours.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a very nice course to take. The material isn't very daunting and it's a requirement for the associates degree program

    Course highlights:

The highlights for this course would definitely be the group collaborations. It was fun to learn together.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Try your best and do your work on time. You will succeed.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was a theme based class on the environment. I have not taken a theme based class before, and I really enjoyed having a specific topic that I could expect to be working on during the class.

    Course highlights:

This course helped me to become more aware to the environmental problems going on in the world. I have learned to not look over the issues in the world that may seem small. Those issues can quickly escalate into larger problems.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are interested in the topic of the class if you are going to take a theme based class. In my experience, the class spend the majority of the class period talking about the environment, so if you're taking a class with a theme, make sure to pick a class that will keep you interested.
