    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

She is an amazing teacher. Totally ready to help and supply office hours. Willing to listen, and since it is a logic class, she explains the logic quite well. By all means, I recommend the class to any mathematics student.

    Course highlights:

Having tutored some topics from the beginning of this course, I had an easy time with the first part, which covered mostly Boolean algebra ideas about true and false statements. Practically the entire course revolves around methods of proving things, depending on what is included in the "if-then" statement that must be proven.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you understand and enjoy looking at logic behind anything being stated, or enjoy knowing why theorems are able to be used, or how we know they are true, this is the right course to consider. For those with a wish to perhaps even go on and prove things of their own, this is also a course for those students. However, if you find it hard to see how one step may lead to another, in a sometimes long proof, it may be difficult. With this teacher, not near as hard as it might otherwise be though.
