Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was one of the more interesting courses I have taken. Not only did we learn the biological affects of drugs on the brain we also learned how and why these biological impacts affect our behavior when taking drugs. I learned so much that I know will be useful in life instead of just useful for attaining my major.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was learning about the significant influence people of power, or rather people with money, have on legislation on certain drugs as well as advertising of big pharmaceutical drugs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read material ahead of time, before lectures because there is a lot of material to cover every week and its better to get some understanding before lecture.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is highly recommended for those who take interest on how drugs influence behavior and defining how the drug molecules are used throughout the body.

    Course highlights:

Current highlights are how the instructor uses time efficiently and makes the material easier to understand. Learning how the drug Ritalin helps for those with ADHD to calm them down and it enhances focus and energy for those who are non-ADHD.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the slides and do the readings. The slides reflect almost exactly from the book and once the materials are memorized, you'll be confident with the exam. (no surprises and this is coming from someone who suffer from lack of attention :) )
