    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was easy and enjoyable! The lectures follow the textbook, so one could get by easily by not attending class and reading straight from the textbook.

    Course highlights:

Nutrition and health... I learned the components of health and the break down of a meal essentially.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and get a study group to meet up at least once a week to recap. All the quizzes are online so you can take your time and use your book/notes.
