Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This was one of my favorite courses at WSU Vancouver so far. Dr. Zach made this course more than just a boring lecture that you barely listened to as he droned on like most professors. He engaged us and called us out on the spot.
Dr. Zach loved discussions about current hospitality issues and that is definitely the main part of the class that you would need to participate in and really pay attention to. Those discussions helped so much when it came to really understanding the ideas he lectured on. Also, he set up 3 or 4 different field trips to restaurants and hotels so we could learn our class material directly from the sources we would later be employed from.

Advice for students:
Definitely pay attention to lectures in the class and speak up. If you are going into the hospitality field you need to be able to communicate and that is what a lot of this class makes you do.
