    This class uses experiential learning and programs such as ACT and mindfulness to help you literally become a better person.

    Course highlights:

    I gained new ways of handling and sorting my stresses and negative emotions.

    Read the required text as it's short and helpful and go to class ready to speak!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It is different from most classes. Its a lot about interaction with strangers and expressing your thoughts and emotions out.

    Course highlights:

    Different types of personalities and what they fall under as in terms of the course concepts that was being taught in the classroom.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this class because it is helpful and the professor is great! You get to do fun projects, learn about personalities, stress management, time management, and work with others. Class activities are fun and engaging - lots of storytelling!

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were definitely meeting other people in the class and engaging in the short activities - applying what we have been talking about to real situations in our lives.

    Advice for students:

    Start on the stretch applications early - and actually do them! Take them seriously and put thought into your responses.
