Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because of the professor. The professor taught in a way that suited my learning style, and I excelled in the class. Math has always been a difficult subject for me, but I ended to semester with a B+, which was way beyond my average grade in the subject.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about different types of mathematics and how they work in the real world. I also learned how math applies to everyday life and how you can find math in almost anything and everything.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend studying every night and not only going to class but actually paying attention! I also would recommend taking good notes, especially the examples the professor gives in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course. The professor is great, and introduces new concepts with ease. This is the first year I have ever received over a 92% in a math course.

    Course highlights:

I finally grasped the concepts of probability and odds, which is something I have not been able to successfully comprehend until now. I also enjoyed the class atmosphere. Usually math classes are high stress, but this class was relaxing to me.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go for it! Don't be intimidated by the word "math." By putting in a couple hours each week grasping the concepts, this class will be no problem. Visiting the professor in her office hours will also help.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course Isn't very difficult, I am one who struggles with math but this course was easy for me and as long as you show up to class and pay attention you'll be able to get a good grade.

    Course highlights:

Highlight would be the assignment of a paper you would have to write. Its fairy doable because the professor allows you to pick something of your interest and relate it to math. In this class I also learned probability a lot more than before.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you need to take a math course I would suggest this course and also its a good way to start instead of jumping into a difficult math class.
