    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

By far, one of the most beneficial classes that I have taken in the major.

    Course highlights:

In this course, you will learn how exercise can have an effect on certain diseases, and how to implement exercise for different conditions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, take notes, and definitely understand the course of the diseases that are presented in lecture. You will need to give written out responses on the pathology and pathophysiology etc. of diseases that she chooses to test on.
