Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is one of the best courses I have taken in MIS. It is a course that teaches you all about the database; DB models, SQL, etc. It teaches you to create and manage database systems through SQL which is something that a lot of students will be doing right out of college.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed having Robert Crossler as my professor. He is very understanding and accommodating. I find SQL extremely interesting and fun so that was definitely my favorite part of the course. After taking the course you will be proficient in building efficient databases and proficient in the SQL language.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class. Ask Crossler questions when you don't fully understand. And play around with SQL in the database as much as you can. He provides lots of examples and class notes so when you are confused on something you can almost teach yourself.
