This class was tough.
I loved this class because it was so informative. It was a nutritional science course, and even though biology classes are usually difficult and sometimes a little dry, this one taught me so much about something so important: food! I would recommend this class because its content can really shape the way you live your life and inspire you to be a happy and healthy person.
The highlights of this course were being able to have a deep understanding of how nutrition (or lack thereof) is processed through your body. There is rich material covering vitamins, minerals, water, carbs, fats, proteins, and so much more. I learned about the importance of diversity in food and how vital it is to take care of my body. I developed a passion for health through taking this course.

If you want to do well in this class: GO TO CLASS. All the notes are usually uploaded online, which is nice and all, but is nothing compared to what it is like to learn in a classroom environment. What helped me a lot was to print out the uploaded notes before the lecture and highlighting things in the printed notes and making little notes for myself.
