Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is absolutely one of my favorites so far! Professor McIntyre is both entertaining and informative. She teaches the content of this course by telling the students about case studies or research that has been conducted, as well as using examples so it's easier to apply concepts in everyday situations.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me, is that I got to learn information that totally changed my perspective on society-for the better (I think). This class makes me want to further my studies in sociology; maybe I will even minor in it! All in all, I would recommend this course for anyone who wishes to learn something new that will change their outlook on life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to do the assigned readings because these are essential for getting an A on exams. You may think that it'll be boring, or whatever, but trust me- it's worth investing your time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

One of the most eye opening courses I've ever taken, this course should be required for all college freshman.

    Course highlights:

The course requires quite a few papers but I learned so much from every lesson. The professor is such a good teacher and highlights issues all young adults should be aware of.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Actually do the reading and go to class, take advantage of office hours if you're struggling.
