Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Mana is energetic, and really knows his field. He is always happy to help, and cares about the well-being of the students. He goes through the course materials and finds the best options for books based on cost and if the book makes you fall asleep or not.

    Course highlights:

I learned about different types of experiments, how people use the experiments from the past to teach others now a days. I was able to tie present information to past information, and the course materials truly helped with that.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you view the powerpoints before class. Take notes before class on the powerpoints and leave room for Mana to add more information. This method of studying was the best way for me to learn. Reading the materials is key as well. Mana mixes enough of the book and the powerpoints and class discussions into the tests that you should be fully developed in this class. As long as you study, ask questions, and show up for class, the quarter is easy.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Todd is super enthusiastic and kind. You can really tell he cares about his subject. Amazingly he makes you feel like he knows and cares about you as a student, even in a class of over 100. It can drag on for a while sometimes, because it's an intro class, but Todd is great.

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot of basic familiarity with how to cope with stress and anxiety. Most of what we learned was very applicable to college life and Todd gave great advice and guidance.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and pay attention in class. Power points and lecture are pretty simple, but know your vocab.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, but be cognizant of the fact that it is a very large class, and much of it comes directly from the textbook.

    Course highlights:

I really liked the tests, they were always very comprehensive.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the reading, and stay on top of when the online quizzes are due. Don't miss any!
