Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was an interesting course that outlined the basics of Oceanography. It is an essential course for anyone pursuing a path that involves environmental issues.

    Course highlights:

From this course, I learned a great deal about the Ocean. The course study included information about the different layers of the ocean and the organisms that live within those layers, the natural winds and the coriolis affect and how they shape trade routes of international shipping, as well as the effects of chemical runoff that ends up in the ocean.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The forums in this course are fairly easy and I was able to complete them within about 4 hours each. There are three essays for the course, and each of these are fairly easy as well as long as you begin your research using the information found in the textbook, and then continue with web research from there (as opposed to simply starting with Web research).
