It is great and the professor really listens to us and helps where needed

    Course highlights:

The tough work, but also learning a new style, along with the APA I am use to I am also making use of the MLA. And the feedback provided is helpful and encouraging.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Work and take a good look at the suggestions on your work!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Online schooling is overwhelming and it's not as simple as some are led to believe. It takes a lot of work. I have found that certain professors and instructors will care more for their student and others would are less involved. Prof. Gillespie is one of the good ones. He cares about your work and encourages you to engage. I've had a hard time adjusting but through his guidance and availability I am no longer drowning. Stay on top of your assignments and the forum posts and you'll be fine.

    Course highlights:

The highlights I'd say were self discovery. I'd say that i learned I was not as good a writer as I was led to believe by previous instructors. Which is very good for personal and academic growth.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

English course work requires a lot of writing and reading. You have to do it regardless of whether or not you like it. Its required in college for most degrees. Just bite the bullet, do your best, and ask questions. Don't be afraid to ask questions and for help. The answers are there if you seek them.
