Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor has you research articles and studies for every piece of this course. I think you learn more when you have to read 10 different studies and compare the results of all of them and come up with your own conclusion. I learned more in this class than I did going through any other physiology or exercise science class.

    Course highlights:

I learned the advantages and disadvantages of altitude training and the effects it has on the body, the nutrition the body needs pre and post workout, how you body breaks glucose/protein down to actually use it, every ergogenic aid out there, overtraining syndrome vs overexertion, muscle fiber and bone types, developing muscles in younger athletes as well as keeping muscle in elderly. This run on sentence only scratches the surface.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Actually read your research topics and if you enjoy the material, the course is easy and rewarding.
