I recommend it because it dives deep into many valuable concepts regarding the mindset of athletes and how to overcome many of the issues players face today. Not only does it provide great information on how to identify performance-threatening behavior, it also gives you great steps to helping overcome them. The instructor is very responsive and understanding, as well. Overall, a great class.
Not only does it provide great information on how to identify performance-threatening behavior, it also gives you great steps to helping overcome them. Learning about positive self-talk, breathing control and other techniques to overcome sports anxiety; any athlete or fitness instructor could benefit from taking this class. There are times throughout the class where I began to understand the mindset of people I never could grasp; it was truly beneficial.

Take the time to be thorough and constructive in your forum posts and responses. You will earn a good grade and learn quite a bit from your other classmates if you just take the time to read their posts thoroughly. I learned a lot of information I otherwise missed this way, and sometimes it saved my butt!
