    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    If you are interested in the hospitality field this class is definitely one to have under your belt. It teaches you the fundamentals of what it is like to enter that field. You will have a good understanding if this is the right field for you in this entry level course.

    Course highlights:

    I learned everything from food prep to the inside laws in the hospitality industry. The highlights of this course were finding out what all career paths you could take with this degree everything from hotel management to running a casino.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would say not to take this course lightly as it will push you to put in the study time to succeed. If you have problems with time management you may want to work on that area because you will surely need ample time to complete all the assignments in time.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I think this course was an excellent ice breaker for the field of hospitality management. It covered a wide range of topics and exposed me to various areas of the industry that I was not aware of.

    Course highlights:

    Learning about the different types of restaurants gave me a new perspective on style.

    Read the course material well in advance and seek outside resources.
