    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The class is loaded with a lot of information and facts pertinent to understanding African American History. The Instructor is fair and knowledgeable and easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about African American History, their contribution to America in respects to literature, music, dance and involvement in the armed forces. I learned of the struggle African Americans faced with obtaining freedom, equal rights and respect as Americans. The suffrage of earning the right to vote along with civil rights and the black power movement was all apart of the course.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Do your readings answer your classmates posts on time and upload your assignments on time and you will pass. Watch punctuation, grammar and spelling along with accurate citation.

    Course Overview:

    I learned information in this class that I really never thought about. I also was introduced to dates and times that allowed me to look back at African American History in a different light.

    Course highlights:

    I learned several things about African American historical times and when dates that shaped our society. I also learned about the struggles that African Americans faced as U.S. citizens and how they excelled in many areas of society even with those struggles.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study hard and read, read, read. It will really help you with quizzes and testing. If you manage your time well, you will succeed in the class, and reading the material is very important.
