Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course. Literally learned everything about algebra in a short 8 weeks. My professor was also very wonderful and helpful. The grading process was very easy to abide by.

    Course highlights:

A few highlights are that I was able to work ahead of schedule on forum posts and the homework is a little extensive but very doable. Be sure to always have pen, paper, and a calculater by your side while completing this course.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

My adivce is to be sure you know what you're getting yourself into. Yes it is math and yes it can be very difficuly. I found myself working on weekends to get ahead on forum posts, but other than that, there is also a 16-week course.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The aid and resources given in this class broke down math to its simplest version. Math was the reason I did not pursue my degree when I should have, But with the instructors help and added resources the class was much more understandable. The math program itself was easy to use and helpful with examples.

    Course highlights:

Then highlights of this course were the videos. Even though online based, the videos helped to stimulate the part of learning I need in certain areas. Not only was I able to read and study on my own, but I could hear and visually see it as well. Roots and quadratic functions have always been a struggle for me, now I can work them easily and quickly.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Avoid the use and temptation of online calculators!! While they will give you the right answer, they take away from the critical thinking aspect and provide zero steps as to how to solve the answer on paper!!
