Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course not only gave the information about different kinds of literature but it also gave history information about our nation as the times changed. So many events influenced the way things were written and what writers wrote about.

    Course highlights:

The way that different writers influenced their work, especially with the change in civil writes for different races. As African American writers wrote about personal experiences that happened as they began to gain rights in the United States

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you take your time when reading the different stories and poems. There are deeper meanings behind everything that is wrote. For the most part they are pretty easy to see as long as your take your time but others are deeper meanings that make you truly think about what the author is talking about. Thinking about the era in time will help in this area.
