    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course gives you the basics of learning online as learning in an online environment is very different than your traditional classroom learning style.

    Course highlights:

Although this is not my first online college, I did learn how to effectively research for things. I use this knowledge whether I'm searching for something personally or for research for my job or courses.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly, you get what you put into this course. For me, I need this course as part of my academic plan and did not choose this course on my own. This course should be taken by those who have never experienced online learning before as there is a huge difference between learning in a traditional setting.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you haven't had much college experience, this course will give you an in-depth intro to what you will need to know.

    Course highlights:

Having separate assignments each week that build on each other. Much of what we learned were common online etiquette along with things like APA or MLA formatting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though it is a mandatory requirement, all students should be optimistic about this course. Most of everything I learned in the course I still use currently in my higher level courses.
