Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would totally recommend it. She makes you work for your grade but it will help you a lot in your future career. She might seem strict but actually very approachable if you show positive attitude and willing to learn and work hard and especially ask and talk to her about your concern.
What she teaches you is not solely based on text-book but on-hand experience. I've learnt many interesting things about hospitality. She taught us to what professionalism is: show up and turn assignments in on time, be responsible for your own work as well as teamwork, hard-working, and always prepared. We did several presentation and group projects which required us to go to different hospitality facilities to complete it and at the same time those were the chances we got to make connection and create relationship for the future career.

Advice for students:
To succeed in this course, students should take it serious. It might seem hard but you can ask for help instead of giving up or showing negative attitude. Hard work and open-mind will pay off in the long run.
