Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it is beneficial to any person when it comes to eating. This class provides knowledge about calories, proteins, and many more factors that help us aim in bettering our eating habits. I major in Exercise Science and this class has allowed me to gain a better understanding of what my body should consume in order to stay fit and have a healthy life.

    Course highlights:

Highlights: *How to find how many carbs, fats, and proteins an individual should consume based on body weight *How to find your own body mass index *How to identify and read the ingredients correctly *Gain knowledge on how many calories you should consume at a time

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed I would stay up to date on your readings to understand the lectures better. Ask your professor questions to material you are not sure of. And finally WRITE notes and KEEP them. Previous information is re-used during the entire course.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend it because it gives you a very shallow view of what human nutrition looks like, as well as it doesn't take into account that student's come from different backgrounds, and that can affect health and access to healthcare or better food.

    Course highlights:

It promoted discussion on topics, so you could see different perspectives on what people though nutrition was. It helped you find areas in your life that may be affecting you more than you think.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Set an alarm for you assignments if you're taking it online! Since it's an easy course that doesn't take a lot of effort, it's easy to procrastinate. But, you need a health credit and you don't want such a simple class to affect your GPA.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The facts that I learned will be used in my everyday life. They were not only insightful but also interesting.

    Course highlights:

As a collegiate athlete, it is very important that I know what I am doing to my body. I learned about effective, healthy ways to lose fat. In addition, I learned just how much obesity affects everyone and how dangerous it is.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be very attentive in this class. There are many interesting facts and it is all about you and how you work so it has to be captivating. Go over the lessons, and tell other people about what you have learned because it helps you remember it better.
