    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is mandatory course for Carthage but it is very simple and is great to help you start working on fitness more often than just for a grade.

    Course highlights:

I learned that I like swimming and yoga, learned what the athletic facilities offer to students, and now I exercise daily because I loved how healthy I felt after each class.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to participate in each class but the instructor makes it fun enough that you won't dread the course. It's super easy, especially if you only have it once a week, and it's only for 7 weeks instead of 14.
