    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was powerfully organized and the teacher came prepared each day with compelling lectures, class events, and video presentations. This course increased my knowledge on basic management principles which has helped me gain an understanding into common business procedures.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the different channels of management, how these channels communicated upwards and downwards, and how to setup short-term and long-term goals. Also, we learned the basics of mission and vision statements, and what these statements say about a company.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Come to class each day ready to converse with classmates, engage in class debates, and view documents and articles directly from the industry. This class gives insight into the heart of management operations and provides a broad understanding of how quality management is essential in business.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Although the teacher was very friendly and willing to work with students, the classes throughout the week were not exceptional. The teacher would present a quiz at the beginning of most classes which were based off the readings and then lead a lesson that really had nothing to do with the class assignments. After taking this class, I have to admit that I did not take very much out of it.

    Course highlights:

The class took place during the election of Donald Trump. This meant, since Donald Trump is business minded, that the class had a lot of discussions about Donald Trump and how we believe that the country could really go either way after him being elected.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Understanding that this is a required course, just make sure that you go over the readings before class so that you can ace the quizzes since the quizzes are not the easiest. Also, make sure that you pay attention in class as some of his conversations during class end up on exams.
