Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I learned so much from this course: things I never thought about before. This course covered a variety of topics pertaining to psychology, and I felt the course covered those topics in detail. My professor at Concordia University was so helpful! She allowed us to reach out to her with any and all questions we had, and helped us really understand concepts.

    Course highlights:

The most beneficial thing I got out of taking this course was learning about human nature. I have a much better understanding of human interactions, and I find myself being much more open minded and understanding of other people and their situations.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a great introduction to my psychology courses. It does involve a fair amount of reading, so be warned. You will need to spend several hours reading in order to fully understand the material, but it definitely pays off!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

For students going into the psychology program, this course is meant for basic information on psychology. This course goes into topics of grief, loss, and death, as well as mental health ( PTSD, Anxiety, OCD, etc) and touches on how the brain is works and creates this disorders.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much within this course. I feel that the highlights were just the discussions we had, we talked through the concepts rather than writing them down. We went into depth and also had answers, answered by the professor. Any type of question we had eventually gave us an answer and we learned from it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the work that is given, most of the work is participate with a big community service project, which is a lot of work, but you enjoy it. You get quizzes, study for them. If you apply yourself then you will get a good grade, if you don't then you fail.
