    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course lets you dig deep into social conflicts, controversies and the components of society. You can be honest about your views and opinions and not be judged; because in sociology there is no right or wrong answer.

    Course highlights:

It was good to know that as individuals we all know everything that can be taught in a sociology classroom. My proffessor always said; "Don't overthink it. You already know what these terms are and how to apply it. The only difference is that you might not know the TEXTEBOOK deffinitions. As long as you know how to apply it, you will succeed in this class."

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't panic when you see the list of tests, quizzes and projects. Coming from someone who has really bad panic attacks just talking to the class; if you don't over think it, you'll do great. Give it a chance and have some fun, you have nothing to worry about if you just try your best.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone who would like a better understanding of different peoples of the world and the differences between how we all treat each other compared to how we use to treat each other.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me were our discussions about Race and Ethnicity as well as Sex and Gender. Each set of terms are often used interchangeably which isn't correct because they all have different meanings that not many people know.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To pass this course you cannot fall behind on the assigned reading, it is all very important and the material you real will be essential to your success!
