Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Robinson not only is extremely passionate about nursing, but she also is passionate about making sure her students are. She is the most engaging and educational professor I have had in college so far. She truly cares about her students' love for nursing as well as their grasping of the content she teaches and their success. WONDERFUL professor.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics that will shape the rest of my career as a nurse. How to approach patients, how to act in a clinical setting, how to be ethical and therapeutic, how to care about the entire patient as a whole-- not just a sick or injured person. Dr. Robinson truly did a great job exemplifying this to the students and making sure we understood the importance of becoming a genuine, caring, and passionate nurse.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of Dr. Robinson as a resource, mentor, and teacher. DO the work she assigns because it truly is only to your benefit. Not only will her reading assignments help you succeed in class, but they will also help you think about yourself as a nurse and apply them to the broader spectrum of your future. Don't take short cuts-- everything she does truly does benefit you in the end.
