Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Although it has a lot of information it is so different from the history typically taught in America. The History of Africa is so rich and this course only breaches the surface.

    Course highlights:

This course highlighted some of the greatest Empires known to man , many of which were held in Africa and how colonialism lead to many of the problems facing Africa today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to keep up with the readings and keep an open mind. If you try to treat it as an American History course, you won't really understand what's going on because it is so different.
